Bourbon Smashed Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
- 5 lbs sweet potatoes
- 1⁄4 cup real butter
- 1⁄4 cup Bourbon
- 1⁄4 cup brown sugar
- 1 orange, zest of
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F, pierce potatoes and bake until soft, about and hour. Let cool 15 minutes.
- Halve potatoes and scoop pulp into large bowl. Partially smash, then add remaining ingredients and smash well.
