Bourbon BBQ Sauce

Ingredients

• 2  cups Bourbon
• 1  cup ketchup
• 1  tablespoon lemon juice
• 1  tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 2  tablespoons malt vinegar
• 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
• 1⁄2  of a minced onion
• 3  cloves of minced garlic

Directions

1. Simmer the whiskey, garlic & onion for 10 minutes then mix in the other ingredients, slowly boiling for 20 additional minutes.
