Ingredients
- 2 sweet potatoes, cut into pieces about 1-inch long and 1/4-inch thick
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 2⁄3 cup tequila
- 1⁄4 cup fresh lime juice
- 3 tablespoons sugar
Directions
- In a skillet, covered, cook for 5 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
