Bordo Date Banana Cake

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup butter
• 1 1⁄2 cups sugar
• 1  cup banana, mashed
• 1  cup dates, chopped
• 1  cup crushed pineapple, drained
• 2  cups cake flour
• 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1  teaspoon baking powder
• 1⁄2 cup  nuts, chopped
• 1⁄2 cup milk, sour

Directions

1. cream sugar and butter
2. add bananas
3. add pineapple
4. sift dry ingredients 3 times.
5. mix in nuts and dates
6. add alternately with the milk.
7. bake in moderate oven 350 35 to 40 minutes using 2 8 inch cake pans or 1 9 inchform pan frost with caramel icing.
