Bordo Date Banana Cake

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 1 1⁄2 cups sugar
- 1 cup banana, mashed
- 1 cup dates, chopped
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 cups cake flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1⁄2 cup nuts, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup milk, sour
Directions
- cream sugar and butter
- add bananas
- add pineapple
- sift dry ingredients 3 times.
- mix in nuts and dates
- add alternately with the milk.
- bake in moderate oven 350 35 to 40 minutes using 2 8 inch cake pans or 1 9 inchform pan frost with caramel icing.
