" Boozy" Apple Crisp

Ingredients
- 5 cups sliced apples
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
- 1 1⁄2 ounces Grand Marnier (1 jigger)
- 1 1⁄2 ounces Amaretto (1 jigger)
TOPPING
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 1⁄4 cup light brown sugar
- 3⁄4 cup flour
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 cup melted butter
Directions
- preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a 9 x13 greased casserole dish place apples, sprinkle with cinnamon lemon peel, orange peel, and both liquors. Toss to coat apples.
- Mix topping. Spread on top and bake at 350°F for 45 min-1 hour.
