Boogie Woogie Beef Tips

A different way to serve up stew meat.

Serves: 4-6

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 3/4ounce) can  cream of mushroom soup
  • 12 cup red wine
  • 1 (1 1/4ounce) package  onion soup mix (Lipton)
  • 12 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 2  lbs  stew meat
  • 8  ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 8  ounces  baby carrots

Directions

  1. Mix sauce in slow cooker.
  2. Add meat, carrots and mushrooms.
  3. Stir to coat meat with sauce.
  4. Cook on High for 4 hours or Low for 8 hours.
