Ingredients
- 2 -3 lbs boneless chuck roast
- 1 onion, quartered
- 3 garlic cloves
- 3⁄4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Add onion, beef, garlic and 1 cup water to slow cooker. Cook on high 4-5 hours.
- Strain, reserving broth and discarding onion and garlic.
- Shred meat. Let cool completely.
