Ingredients
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 green scallion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 3 -4 tablespoons flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 cup leftover cooked rice
- vegetable oil
Directions
- Mix together the egg, onion, scallion, parsley, flour, milk and salt.
- Add rice.
- Fry rounded teaspoons of batter in hot oil until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towel.
