Bok Choy Salad

Yummy! This recipie was created by my sister-in-law. We love this when the weather is warm outside. Splenda or another sweetener can be substituted for the sugar in the recipie (diabetic friendly). The chicken can also be omitted for a vegetarian version. Show more

  1. 1. Thinly slice scallions, Bok Choy leaves and stems.
  2. 2. Melt butter in a frying pan, add slivered almonds and crushed ramen noodles. Brown ingredients, part way through, add sesame seeds and continue to brown. Approx 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Mix oil, red wine vinegar, soy sauce and sugar.
  4. 4. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Enjoy.
