  1. This is how recipe reads.
  2. Boil together 2 cups vinegar, 1 cup sugar, and 1 tablespoon kosher salt.
  3. Use smaller cukes.
  4. Put some dill in the bottom of the fruit jar and pack cukes in the jar.
  5. Put some more dill on top of jar.
  6. Also you can put a little piece of red paprikas.
  7. Put on the brine.
  8. Put on rubbers and lids but not completely tight.
  9. Set in canning kettle and when the water begins to boil take jars out and seal.
  10. Pickles fixed like this are nice and crisp.
