- 1⁄2 cup orange juice, fresh squeezed
- 1⁄4 cup carrot juice
- 1⁄2 cantaloupe, chunked (seeds intact)
- 2 apricots, fresh pitted or 1⁄4 cup dried apricot, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup soft tofu
Directions
- Using a blender or Vita-Mix, process all ingredients until smooth. Pour into a glass.
