Bob's Chicken Melt Sandwich

Ingredients
- 1 boneless chicken breast
- 2 slices sourdough bread
- 1 slice provolone cheese
- 2 slices bacon
- 2 tablespoons. spinach artichoke dip
- 2 tablespoons butter (enough to spread on each slice of bread)
Directions
- Grill the chicken breast and cook the bacon to desired crispness.
- Spread the butter one side of each slice of bread. On the other side of one slice of bread, spread on the dip and on the other slice of bread, place the slice of provolone cheese. Grill the bread and when the bread is grilled and the cheese is melted, place the chicken and the bacon on one slice and cover with the other. Remove from grill and slice into two. Serve.
