Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves
- 19 ounces canned chick-peas
- 1⁄3 cup tahini
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1⁄3 cup lemon juice
Directions
- Rinse and drain chick peas.
- In food processor blend garlic, chick peas, Tahini and salt - blend well. Keep processing and add olive oil and lemon juice - blend well.
