Blushing steak marinade

This recipe comes the neighborhood pub (yes, everyone knows my name there!) I frequent. They have a wednesday night grilled strip steak special where they actually charcoal grill the steaks! Makes steaks very juicy and tender!

•  Moores steak  marinade
•  white zinfandel wine
