Blueberry White Chocolate Rice Krispy Treats

Serves: 18-24

Ingredients

  • 1  lb white chocolate, chopped
  • 14 cup butter
  • 4  cups  crispy rice cereal
  • 5  ounces  dried blueberries

Directions

  1. Spray an 8x8 pan with Pam and line with parchment paper.
  2. Melt white chocolate and butter in a pan, then stir in the cereal and blueberries.
  3. Spoon the mixture into prepared pan.
  4. Refrigerate until set and cut into squares.
  5. Store in an airtight container for 5-7 days.
