Blueberry Wheat Muffins

Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 3 cups wheat flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup 2% low-fat milk
- 2 cups blueberries
Directions
- Mix Dry.
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add egg and vanilla to sugar mixture.
- Add milk and dry mixture to wet ingrediuents, alternating.
- Fold in blueberries.
- Bake 45 minutes for Jumbo muffins at 375.
- Bake 30 minutes for regular muffins at 375.
