Yields: 1 1/4 cups
Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1⁄4 cup white vinegar
- 1⁄4 cup honey
- 6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (I used the 'light' version)
Directions
- In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients.
- Blend until well combined and smooth.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
