Blueberry Sour Cream Muffins

Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup applesauce
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1⁄4 cups flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 3⁄4 cup sour cream
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Directions
- Mix together first three ingredients. Combine flour and baking soda then add to wet mixture. Mix well. Stir in sour cream, the fold in blueberries. Spoon batter into paper lined muffin tins.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
