Blueberry Pulled Pork Vegetable Sausage Salad

Ingredients
- 2 1⁄4 lbs pork roast
- 1 onion, sliced
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1⁄3 cup chili sauce
- 1⁄4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon chipotle chili pepper flakes
- salt
- fresh ground black pepper
- sliced romaine lettuce hearts (salad ingredients start here)
- cherry tomatoes
- cucumber
- sliced carrot
- red bell pepper
- diced avocado
- lemon juice
- sausage stick
Directions
- Put blueberry pulled pork ingridients into 4quart slow cooker. Low for 8-10 hours. Remove shred add back to slow cooker and mash.toss to coat in sauce.
- Salad slice and dice veggies.cut sausage.some lemon juice on diced avacado(keep from turning brown) fry onion. Use a light dressing. Mix veggies and sausage. Put pulled pork and onions on top.
- Serve.
