Blueberry Pudding Cakes

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 dash salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1⁄2 cup flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 cups blueberries
Directions
- Preheat oven over 400.
- Lightly coat 6oz individual baking dishes with non stick cooking spray.
- Arrange dishes in a 15x10x1-inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, whisk eggs, whisk in sugar, vanilla and salt. Whisk in milk. Add flour and baking powder. Whisk until smooth.Put berries into individual dishes. Pour batter over berries.
- Bake-20 minutes.
