Ingredients
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 teaspoons grated lemon zest
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 4 cups bread flour
- 1⁄2 cup poppy seed
- 1 teaspoon instant yeast
- 1⁄2 cup dried blueberries
Directions
- Measure ingredients except dried blueberries into baking pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select sweet cycle.
- Add blueberries during “add ingredients” cycle.
