Blueberry Oat Cookies

My first born's love of blueberry's has me making these quite often. Either fresh or frozen work fine. Show more

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, cream butter and brown sugar.
  2. Beat in egg and vanilla.
  3. Combine oats, flour, cinnamon, salt, baking soda and baking powder.
  4. Gradually add to the creamed mixture.
  5. Stir in blueberries.
  6. Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto lightly greased baking sheets.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes.
  8. Remove to wire racks to cool.
