Blueberry Cream Cheese Coffee Cake

  1. Beat margarine & sugar till fluffy.
  2. Add eggs one at a time.
  3. Add combined mixture of 2 cups flour, baking powder and salt, alternating with milk& water- mix well.
  4. Toss blueberry's with remaining flour.
  5. Fold into batter with cream cheese and peel.
  6. Pour into greased/floured 13x9 pan.
  7. Topping:
  8. Combine sugar,flour& peel.
  9. Cut margarine into mixture, should resemble course crumbs.
  10. Sprinkle topping over batter and bake at 375 for 35 to 45 minutes.
  11. Let cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
