Blueberry Coffee Cake

Ingredients
- 1 3⁄4 cups flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- salt
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 1⁄4 cup shortening
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3⁄4 cup milk
- 1 1⁄2 cups blueberries
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Topping
- 1⁄2 cup flour
- 1⁄4 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄4 cup butter
Directions
- Combine flour, baking powder, salt and set aside.
- Cream the sugar and shortening.
- Add the egg and beat well.
- Add the vanilla.
- Add the flour mixture to the creamed mixture alternately with the milk.
- Add 2 tbsp sugar to the blueberries and add to the mix.
- Pour into a 9" square pan.
- Combine the topping and sprinkle over top.
- Bake at 350 for about 35 to 40 minutes.
