Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup shortening
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 1⁄2 cups flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 1⁄2 teaspoon lemon juice
- blueberries
Directions
- Cream Shortning and Sugar.
- Add Beaten Egg.
- Mix Dry Ingredients and Milk And Add To The Egg Mixture.
- Line pan with blueberries and sprinkle with sugar.
- Pour mixture Over Blueberries.
- Bake 50 minutes Or Untill Golden Brown at 350°F degrees.
