Blueberry Buttermilk Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 3⁄4 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup fat-free buttermilk
- 2 egg whites
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3⁄4 cup blueberries
- 1 lemon, zest of
Directions
- Mix first 5 ingredients together.
- In a small bowl add buttermilk, egg whites & vanilla.
- Mix these two together.
- add blueberries & zest. Bake at 400 for 15 min.
