Blueberry Buttermilk Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1⁄4 salad oil
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1⁄3 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Grease muffin tin.
- In large bowl beat egg. Add milk and oil.
- Add flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
- Fold in blueberries.
- Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
- Bake 25 to 30 min or until golden brown.
