Blueberry Bran Bread (Abm)

The Bread Machine Cookbook Makes a 1 ½ pound loaf. Both the hubby and the kidling like this. Unlike most breads where I set the crust to the lightest setting, this one needs a medium-dark crust to cook all the way.

Ingredients

• 1  cup buttermilk
• 3  tablespoons butter
• 3  tablespoons honey
• 1  cup blueberries
• 2  teaspoons salt
• 2⁄3 cup  natural bran
• 2⁄3 cup whole wheat flour
• 2 2⁄3 cups bread flour
• 2 1⁄2 teaspoons  yeast

Directions

1. Bake according to manufacturer’s instructions, adding the blueberries during the add-ins cycle or 5 minutes before the final kneading is finished.
