Blueberry-Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 large banana, sliced
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1⁄3 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 1⁄2 cup milk (I use 2 percent)
- 3 ice cubes, broken up
Directions
- In a blender container, combine banana and apple juice.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add blueberries and ice cubes.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add milk with blender running.
- Blend until smooth and frothy.
