Blueberry Banana Quinoa Bowl

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup cooked quinoa
- 1 medium banana
- 1⁄3 cup blueberries
- 1⁄3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (SILK brand)
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
Directions
- Cook quinoa if it’s not already cooked, I cook extra and just store in the fridge.
- Assemble in a bowl.
- Serve warm or cold, I eat it both ways.
