Blueberry Banana Bread

Ingredients
- 250 g all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 100 g margarine
- 200 g raw sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 medium bananas, mashed
- 145 g fresh blueberries
- 100 g almonds, chopped
Directions
- In a bowl, combine the flour, baking soda and salt. In a large mixing bowl, cream the margarine and sugar. Add eggs and mix well. Beat in bananas. Gradually add the dry ingredients and stir until combined. Fold in blueberries.
- Pour into a greased 9x4 inches loaf pan. Bake at 170ºc for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks.
