Ingredients
- 4 ounces blueberries (fresh or frozen and thawed 30 minutes)
- 1 cup fat-free half-and-half
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 pinch ground cardamom (to sprinkle on top)
Directions
- Mix the blueberries in a blender with the milk, honey, and lemon juice.
- Add a sprinkle of cardamom just before serving.
