Blueberry-Apple Crisp

Ingredients
- 1 pint blueberries
- 2 cups tart apples, peeled and sliced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1⁄2 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1 cup flour
- 3⁄4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1⁄3 cup butter, melted and cooled
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
- cream
Directions
- Butter a shallow 1 1/2 quart baking dish and put in blueberries and apples. Sprinkle with lemon juice and brown sugar. Mix next 4 ingredients, stir in egg and mix until crumbly. Sprinkle over fruit. Top with the butter, then sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake in moderate oven (350*) 35-40 minutes. Serve warm with cream.
