Blueberry-Apple Crisp

  1. Butter a shallow 1 1/2 quart baking dish and put in blueberries and apples. Sprinkle with lemon juice and brown sugar. Mix next 4 ingredients, stir in egg and mix until crumbly. Sprinkle over fruit. Top with the butter, then sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake in moderate oven (350*) 35-40 minutes. Serve warm with cream.
