  • 1  banana, sliced
  • 12 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1  tablespoon flax seed
  • 1  teaspoon  bee pollen (omit if vegan)
  • 12 teaspoon  spirulina powder
  • 12 cup soymilk
  • 12 cup  soy yogurt

  1. Dump all of the ingredients into the blender, and blend on high setting until smooth. Serve immediately.
