Blue Hawaii Cocktail

Another recipe I found while searching for ZWT's Pacific Islands region. Found this at Hawaiirecipes.org.

Ingredients

• 3⁄4 ounce light rum
• 3⁄4 ounce vodka
• 1⁄2 ounce blue curacao
• 3  ounces  pineapple juice
• 1  ounce  prepared sweet-and-sour mix

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients and mix well. If using ice, mix the ingredients in a blender. Serve in a tall glass. Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a cherry.
