Blue Cowgirl

Christina's, Eastsound, Washington. The name for this straightforward, colorful cocktail is inspired by the Tom Robbins classic Even Cowgirls Get the Blues. The crisp gin with a vibrant splash of blue curaçao makes for a refreshing sipper. A classic martini glass befits this elegant cocktail, though at Christina's they sometimes serve it in a whimsical glass boot.
