Blue Cheese Squares

Ingredients
- 1 -1 1⁄4 cup blue cheese (4 to 5 ounces)
- 1⁄4 cup butter, softened
- garlic salt, to taste
- 10 slices bread, thinly sliced
Directions
- Cream cheese and butter thoroughly;season lightly with garlic slat, if desired.
- Cut crusts from bread; spread with cheese mixture. Cut each slice into 3 strips.
- Toast 20 to 30 minutes or until bread is very brown and crisp.
- Store in covered tin in refrigerator. Serve at room temperature.
