Blue Cheese New Potatos

Ingredients
- 2 lbs new potatoes
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1⁄4 cup blue cheese, crumbles
- kosher salt
- pepper
- 1 green onion, chopped
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Clean Potatoes and slice in half.
- Coat casserole dish in 1 Tbsp Olive Oil and add Potatos and Rosemary and drizzle with remaining Olive Oil.
- Cook covered at 350 for 45 minute.
- Uncover and sprinkle with Blue Cheese. Return to oven and cook uncovered until cheese has slightly browned. About 10 minutes.
- Garnish with Green Onion. Add Salt and Pepper to taste.
