Blue Cheese Dressing for the Blue Cheese Dressing Snobs

Yields: 3 cups
Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream (not low fat)
- 2 cups mayonnaise (not low fat)
- 3 tablespoons black pepper (fresh cracked preferred)
- 8 ounces blue cheese, good quality (crumbled)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder (to taste)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon hot sauce
- 3 tablespoons white zinfandel wine (do not leave out)
Directions
- Mix Sour Cream & Mayonnaise together in a medium size bowl.
- Add black pepper. (I guessed at the amount. You want enough to see black specks throughout the mix.).
- Add Blue Cheese, garlic powder, hot sauce & white zinfandel wine.
- Mix well and sit overnight in fridge with a stir or two for true flavor. It gets better as the days go on.
