Blue Cheese Dressing by Bob

This is an all time favorite. I recieved the recipe from a cafe in Bayview, ID on beautiful lake Pend Oreille. The ingredients may seem strange, but when you taste this stuff, you will be glad that it makes a ton.

• Ready In: 30 mins
• Yields: 1 1/2 Quart

Ingredients

• 1  quart mayonnaise
• 1  cup buttermilk
• 6  tablespoons ketchup
• 2  tablespoons  steak sauce (like A-1)
• 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 2  teaspoons lemon juice
• 1⁄4 teaspoon paprika
• 4  ounces blue cheese (or more if you like lots)

Directions

1. Mix all of the ingredients together and get out the greens.
