Blue Cheese Dressing

This Blue Cheese Dressing is great with hot wings. This make a nice thick version for dipping. Check out my Hot Wings recipe for Anchor Bar style wings. MMMMM

• Yields: 1 1/2 cups

Ingredients

• 1  cup mayonnaise
• 1⁄2 cup sour cream
• 3  tablespoons onions, minced
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons garlic, minced
• 1⁄3 cup parsley, minced
• 1  tablespoon lemon juice
• 1  tablespoon white vinegar
• 1⁄3 cup blue cheese, crumbled
•  salt and pepper

1. Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Serve with hot wings. Thin with a
