Blue Cheese Dipping Sauce - (Phase 1)

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
- 1⁄4 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
- hot pepper sauce
Directions
- Mash blue cheese in a medium bowl, leaving some small lumps. Whisk in the sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, vinegar,and pepper sauce to taste.
- Transfer to a small bwol and serve with the chicken.
