Blue Cheese Coleslaw

Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup light mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄4 teaspoon celery seed
- 4 cups cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup carrot, shredded
- 1⁄4 cup celery, thinly sliced
- 1⁄4 cup green onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons blue cheese, crumbled
Directions
- In large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and celery seeds.
- Add cabbage, carrot, celery, green onion; and blue cheese. Toss gently.
