Blue Cheese & Chive Dip

Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice (to taste)
- 4 tablespoons finely chopped chives (to taste)
- kosher salt, to taste
- fresh ground pepper, to taste
Directions
- Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Season dip with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with chips or crackers.
