Blue Cheese Balls

Ingredients
- 8 ounces blue cheese
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon brandy
- 1 dash cayenne
- 1⁄4 cup chopped parsley
- 48 thin pretzel sticks
Directions
- In a medium bowl combine blue cheese, cream cheese, brandy and cayenne.
- Use 2 teaspoons of mixture to form small balls. Cover and refrigerate.
- Just before serving, roll balls in parsley and spear with a pretzel stick.
