BLT Pockets

Ingredients
- 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 large tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1⁄2 cup bacon bits (use the real kind)
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
- 6 pita pockets
Directions
- Combine lettuce, tomato cheese and bacon.
- Separately combine mayo, vinegar, salt and pepper; spoon over lettuce mixture and toss to coat.
- Spoon about 3/4 c into each pita pocket (try them warmed).
