Bloody Mary Mix

Ingredients
- 15 lbs tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons celery salt
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons onion powder
- 3 teaspoons canning salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3 beef bouillon cubes or 1 tablespoon beef bouillon granules
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Lawry's Seasoned Salt
Directions
- Cut tomatoes into quarters (no need to peel) and cook until mushy. Cool down then run through blender and then through a food mill. Bring juice to a boil and add the other ingredients. Carefully fill canning jars with hot juice. Jars will seal as the juice cools.
