Bloodpalt Soup

Ingredients
- 200 g black pudding
- 150 g smoked ham
- 2 onions
- 500 g potatoes
- 1 bouillon cube
- pepper
- salt
- water
Directions
- Peal the potatoes and cut them to nice about same size cubes.
- Peal the onions and chop them in the small pieces.
- Place the potato cubes and chopped onions into the saucepan.
- Pour water so much that the potato cubes and onions are covered.
- Add bouillion cube.
- Let simmer at a low heat for approximately 15 minutes or until potatoes are almost cooked.
- At the same time fry the smoked ham on pan.
- Slice the bloodpalt to bitesize cubes.
- Add smoked ham and bloodpalt cubes to the soucepan.
- Add water so that all ingredients are covered by water.
- Add pepper and salt to taste.
- let it simmer at low heat for about 5 minutes.
