- 2 bananas
- 2 cups skim milk
- 2 cups nonfat vanilla yogurt
- 1⁄2 cup pineapple juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 cups blueberries
Directions
- In a blender, process the bananas, milk, yogurt, juice, honey and blueberries until smooth. Serve immediately.
