Blondies (Gooey Variety)

Yields: 8 blondies
Ingredients
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1⁄2 cup flour
- 1⁄4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 3⁄4 cup chocolate chips
Directions
- Melt sugar and butter together and allow to cool. Add eggs, vanilla, flour, baking powder and salt and stir until well blended.
- Pour into a greased 8 inch square pan. Bake at 350 F for about half an hour. Blondies should still be gooey but hold together.
