Blondies (Gooey Variety)

This is a friend's recipe for blondies. It's low in flour and is therefore easy to make gluten free if you have gluten-free flour on hand. Show more

  1. Melt sugar and butter together and allow to cool. Add eggs, vanilla, flour, baking powder and salt and stir until well blended.
  2. Pour into a greased 8 inch square pan. Bake at 350 F for about half an hour. Blondies should still be gooey but hold together.
